- 1/4 cup Cardenas Lambrusco Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Cardenas Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
1. Whisk oil and vinegar in a small bowl, or add to a jar with a lid and shake until an emulsion forms.
2. Add the sea salt, ground pepper, and finely chopped herbs
Serves large salad (6-8 servings)
Note: For an individual salad, ingredients can be reduced to 1Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp vinegar.
