Simple Grilled Veggies



  1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Removed ends from zucchini and squash. Slice lengthwise, then cut into 1/2” pieces. Wash and halve mushrooms. Wash cherry tomatoes and leave whole. 
  3. Peel onion and cut into long slices. 
  4. In a medium bowl, add vegetables , drizle with the Cardenas Greek EVOO, and sprinkle the citrus twist herbs. Toss until evenly coated.  Transfer to grill basket or foil for outdoor grilling. 
  5. Grill for 8-10 minutes or until tender (If you don’t have a grill veggies can be baked or sauted).
