Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Cardenas Garlic White Balsamic
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 Tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili flake (optional)
- Ground pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix above ingredients. Set aside.
- Chop your veggies (carrots, broccoli, green beans, peppers), set aside.
- Chop 1/2 cup onion, in a sauté pan with 2 tablespoons olive or sesame oil, over med heat begin sautéing the onions and add 1 lb of sliced protein of your choice.
- Once meat is cooked (6-8 min), add the garlic soy sauce, stir. Add the chopped veggies and cover for 2-3 minutes.
